Ability to lead class amd provide a loving, supportive and caring environment for children

Familiar with Early Childhood Education Practices and able to recognize needs of individual children

Child development knowledge, classroom management skills, ability to work within guidelines of a multi-service agency.

Ability to engage parents & families from diverse backgrounds into the school, community & to communicate consistently & effectively regarding their child’s progress.

Adheres to Federal Head Start requirements to maintain high standards for program, staff, and curriculum.

Bi-lingual preferred

Any other duties deemed necessary the CEO/ Executive Director or Senior Management and all program activities as it relates to the Mission of the Agency.
