FREE Job Readiness Training! Displaced Homemakers Program 2016-2017


The Economic Opportunity Commission of Nassau County, Inc. is currently recruiting for its Displaced Homemakers Program Year 2016-2017.

The participants of the program can expect to learn:

  • The latest Microsoft Office applications

  • Basic hardware components & Windows Operating System

  • Internet navigation, and

  • Security awareness to protect their information while surfing the internet, and more.

In addition, they will participate in a series of workshops that are designed to enhance their experience.
