On November 10th, the EOC welcomed Dr. Raymond Omid of Advanced & Premium Holistic Healthcare
to conduct a “Lunch & Learn” workshop. EOC staff learned about techiniques that promote overall health and wellness, stress management, workplace safety, and healthy lifestyles designed to increase
success and motivation. Additionally staff learned effective breathing techniques to balance stress and alkalize the body. At the close of the workshop, Dr. Omid offered a complementary screening for staff and family members.
