COVID19 Intern
Community Action Program

The COVID19 Intern will serve as an administrative support position for COVID19 related programs, activities, outreach and organizational functions. The COVID19 Intern will be responsible for conducting research and reporting on Federal, State and County wide COVID19 mitigation updates, community impact, policy and procedures.

  • Provide administrative support in areas based out of the corporate office to support COVID19 companywide initiatives to prevent, prepare and respond.

  • Assist Community Specialist, COVID19 Compliance Officer, and other key organizational areas with correspondence, reporting, filing and data entry.

  • Conduct research and reporting on COVID19 community impact and Federal, State and local government initiatives.

  • Participate on the EOC COVID19 Task Force.

  • Schedule and prepare for COVID19 company and community meetings.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience working in an office environment or volunteerism with a community organization.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to be productive both in a team environment and autonomously.

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Familiar with internet research

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
