Da’Truth Sexual Health Promotion Program

Da’Truth HIV/AIDS Youth Leadership Sexual Health Promotion Program is committed to fighting the ever-evolving pandemic of HIV/AIDS, STIs and Pregnancy Prevention. Our focus is to increase awareness and change the risk behaviors that lead to the transmission of HIV/AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI’s) and unplanned pregnancies. It is our mission to educate the members of our community so that they will be empowered to actively participate in making informed healthy choices for their lives and mobilize to address sexual health promotion in the targeted communities of Hempstead 11550, Uniondale 11553, and Roosevelt 11575. Da’Truth will act as a liaison between participating schools, community leaders, community residents, community venues and community providers.
