Family Development

The EOC Family Development and Credentialing Program is a major initiative that will provide frontline anti-poverty workers with the skills and competencies they need to empower families to obtain a healthy self-reliance and interdependence within their communities. Services are focused on helping families to use their strengths and reach their own short and long term goals.
