CEDC, Incorporated is the economic development arm of EOC. It was established in 1971 in order to provide an economic base for the EOC, which is the anti-poverty program for Nassau County and for its participants. The program is located at 134 Jackson Street in Hempstead which is the headquarters of the EOC.
